Investing in Employee Development and Efficient Thinking
The day kicked off with a 6-hour internal training session titled “Workplace Mind Mapping: A Tool for Efficient Thinking & Professional Presentation.” The course guided our team through the core concepts of mind mapping, efficient drawing techniques, and practical applications in meetings, project management, and problem-solving. Through this workshop, our colleagues learned to rapidly organize complex information, express ideas clearly through visualization, and significantly improve team communication.

Spreading Love Through Pre-loved Clothing Donations
Beyond professional growth, Formosa Pharmaceuticals is dedicated to community welfare. Following a successful week-long pre-loved clothing donation drive, where colleagues were encouraged to clear out their wardrobes and give their old clothes a second life, the entire company traveled to the Eden Social Welfare Foundation in the late afternoon to personally deliver the collected items.
