Mr. Henry Chang, Director, Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs
Henry Chang has over 18 years of experience in clinical development and trial operations across Asia, with experience in both sponsor and CRO settings. He has been involved in Phase I–IV clinical trials in oncology and other therapeutic areas, ensuring studies were conducted in compliance with international regulatory standards.
Throughout his career, Henry supported IND-enabling activities and collaborated with development partners in study planning and execution. He oversaw clinical trial operations through direct communication with CROs, vendors, and regulatory authorities. He successfully led multi-center regional studies, optimized database lock timelines, and supported regulatory submissions. His expertise includes clinical operations management, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and clinical strategy execution.
As Director of Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs at Formosa Pharmaceuticals, he oversees the advancement and execution of clinical development programs, ensuring innovative therapies progress efficiently toward key regulatory milestones.
